(Department of Transportation) DOT Drug Test (urine) Collection

Our Department of Transportation (DOT) 5-panel urine drug test is provided by a certified DOT collector for federally regulated drug testing programs. Our service follows 49 CFR Part 40 for all CDL drivers and other safety-sensitive employees. Included within your appointment you will receive donor identity verification, proper specimen collection, completion of the required Chain of Custody documentation (CCF), secured handling and packaging, and timely delivery to the designated laboratory for processing.

During our evening peak hours, you may experience a brief wait of up to 15 minutes while we ensure every collection is performed accurately. 

***Regarding all MOBILE appointments, a compliant collection site that meets DOT requirements is required. If a compliant collection site is unavailable, the appointment may be rescheduled or relocated to our stationary collection site.
